- Description: Added the 17 primary fixed points and vapor-pressure relations on the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90) from Preston-Thomas (1990). Added about 80 recommended secondary fixed-point phase transition temperatures from Bedford et al (1996). Added about 25 recommended possible future primary and secondary fixed-points above the freezing point of copper for metal (carbide)-carbon transition points from Burgess (2024). Provided about 300 references to support these values.
